Before Raid Relay, we were the ones hiring pilots. We know how much it takes to trust a stranger with your character.
Raid Relay is run by a small team of players on different continents. Trusting a pilot took us a long time: someone who shows up when agreed, plays by hand, sends proof of every session and hands the account back as promised. We started Raid Relay to bring the pilots who earned our trust to other players.
You deal with one team from request to handover. Scope, price and timing are agreed before you pay, and we stay responsible for your order the whole way through.

- chowda9676 handles requests, pricing, payments, support and refunds.
This is our Discord username. Check the exact spelling in the server’s member list and in #verify-staff, because display names can be copied. Staff never DM you first.
Who is responsible for your order
- Raid Relay is responsible to you for your order, including refunds under our Guarantee & refunds.
- PayPal invoices come from Raid Relay, and card statements show RAID RELAY.
- We only email from [email protected] (order and sign-in links) and [email protected] (replies).
