Why you need it
Your pilot finds Hidden Cubes on your character and opens each one with your keys, so every key you hold turns into Soul Crystals for your pets.
- 1,000 Soul Crystals in every cube, for your pets’ Genus Insight boards: as many as the members’ shop sells in a week.
- Every cube also pays 10 to 12 Silentium, with a 50% chance of Small Odyle Energy (10 Odyle Energy) and a 1% chance of Radiant Love Wings.
- Each cube counts toward Who Brought the Chest?, which pays a Hidden Cube key at 3, 10, 30, 50, 100, 150 and 200 opened.

Before you order
Do you use bots?
Never. A real pilot plays every order by hand. Pilots need a proven track record, their first orders with us are checked trials, and anyone who uses a bot or script is removed for good. It’s backed by our hand-played guarantee, and you can ask for a live stream to watch your pilot play.
Can I get banned for boosting?
It’s rare, and it has never happened in our history. Letting someone else play your account may be against the game’s terms of service, so if the game takes action on it during your order or in the 30 days after, our guarantee steps in: we stop work, refund the whole order, and work with you on your appeal, with the session screenshots and notes we keep.
Can I play while my order is running?
Please stay logged out during your pilot’s agreed sessions. Between sessions, play as normal.
What if my order isn’t finished?
If we can’t complete your order, we refund the part that wasn’t done.
When does my order start?
After you pay, we agree your first session time with you, and your pilot starts then. With Express your pilot starts within 2 hours of handover, with Super Express within 1 hour, or we refund that fee.
